Assistant Professor of Information Technology

 

The College of Science at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the Department of Computing Sciences, beginning August 2018.

 

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a relevant technical field. Teaching responsibilities will include courses in the baccalaureate-level Information Technology program. Preferred qualifications include experience in teaching system administration, security, system integration, and human-computer interaction. Candidates with a strong commitment to both teaching and scholarly, technical research are encouraged to apply.

 

The Department of Computing Sciences at Coastal Carolina University consists of eight tenure-track faculty and four full-time lecturers. Our degree programs in Computer Science and Information Systems are accredited by ABET/CAC. More information about the department is available at http://cs.coastal.edu.
