The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa (https://ece.engineering.uiowa.edu) invites applications and nominations for two tenure-track AssistantProfessor positions, one in the area of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)/Internet of Things (IoT) and the other in Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Reality (VR) to begin in fall 2018. A Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a closely related field is required. The successful candidate is expected to develop an internationally-recognized research program and to contribute fully as a scholar through teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and through service to science and engineering. The successful candidate will have a commitment to work towards a welcoming and inclusive environment.
