The College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications and nominations for the position of Chair of the School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE). The School of CSE is an inherently interdisciplinary department devoted to the study and advancement of computational and data-analysis methods for understanding natural and engineered systems.
The new Chair will be expected to further build upon the many accomplishments, professional relationships, and interdisciplinary strides that already exist in the School by providing strategic vision and effective leadership. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to education, a distinguished research and funding record, and a proven ability to work well with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students, as well as other campus administrators and leaders.
