The University of Florida Digital Worlds Institute is accepting applications for the position of PostDoctoral Associate in the area of Artificial Intelligence-based processing of Human Movement. In this one-year position the associate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team from the Digital Worlds Institute, the Center for Arts in Medicine, and the Center for the Arts, Migration, and Entrepreneurship to automate analysis and annotation (Laban) of human motion using artificial intelligence in the recently built fastest AI supercomputer in academia. We welcome candidates with the expertise in building and running deep learning algorithms on existing human motion datasets of video and skeletal sequences and visualizing the results in virtual reality for validation by experts.
