In this exciting role as a Sr. Quality Systems Supervisor in the Training group you will have responsibility for supervising the quality system training team (QST). You will analyze training data and present findings and recommendations to management, facilitate and manage CAPA investigations, track training compliance and escalate issues as appropriate.

**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ You will be responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of training procedures, curriculums, courses, certifications, interactive training (e-learning), and classroom training.

+ Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

+ Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

+ Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

+ Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.

+ Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.

+ Co-ordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.

+ Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.

+ Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in quality and/or training, or Masters Degree with 1+ year of relevant experience in quality and/or training.


**Nice to Have**


- Experience with adult learning methodologies and principles of instructional design, curriculum development and instructional needs analysis.

- Experience tracking, reporting and driving course completions and training stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid track record of understanding and applying FDAs Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485 requirements for quality management systems.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to effectively develop and present business information with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
